Digital products and delivery

We sell digital downloadable craft resources (for example PDFs, zips, PNGs, and related files). Only a digital file is provided. No physical item will be shipped unless a listing expressly says otherwise.

After successful payment, files are available via your order confirmation, account library (when you have an account), and/or email. Download links may expire for security; you can obtain a fresh link from your library or order page. You are responsible for downloading and storing files safely.

License — personal use only (no commercial license by default)

Digital files are licensed, not sold. Title and all intellectual property rights remain with us or our licensors.

Unless a specific product page expressly states that commercial use is allowed, your license is limited to personal, non-commercial projects for your household: home use, personal crafts, and homeschool use by your household. You may print copies for children in your home or for a single homeschool co-op class that you personally teach.

You may not, without an express written commercial license on that product listing: sell, resell, share, upload, redistribute, or publish the files; use them in paid classroom packs, TPT-style listings, stock, templates for clients, print-on-demand, advertising creatives for a business, or any other commercial product or service; claim the artwork as your own; or remove copyright notices.

We do not offer a general commercial license. If a product ever allows broader use, that permission applies only to that listing and only to the extent written on the product page. Silence on a listing means personal / home / homeschool use only.

Accounts, eligibility, and acceptable use

You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account or buy. Parents and guardians may purchase for family use.

You agree not to abuse download systems, attempt unauthorized access, scrape the catalog at scale, or interfere with the site. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

Prices, taxes, and gift cards

Prices are shown on each product or gift-card option and may change. Checkout is processed by Stripe. Applicable taxes are collected where required.

Gift cards are digital codes emailed to the recipient or purchaser. They have no cash value except as stated by law, are not reloadable unless we say so, and may be declined if fraud is suspected. Lost or stolen codes after delivery are your responsibility unless the fault is ours.

No refunds and no returns

Because digital files are delivered immediately, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns on digital downloads. Changing your mind, buying the wrong item, printer issues, or deciding not to use a file are not grounds for a refund or return.

If a file is defective, incomplete, or will not download for reasons under our control, contact hello@artcraftplay.com with your order number and product title. We will replace the file or provide a working download link. That replacement is not a return of a physical item and does not create a general right to a refund.

Product pages repeat this policy: only a digital file is provided, no physical item is shipped, and there are no refunds and no returns.

Advertising and promotions

We may advertise on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Google, and similar platforms. Ad creatives are examples of finished projects or product previews; colors, paper, and results vary by home printer and materials.

Promotional pricing, limited-time sales, and “from” amounts in ads refer to the offer shown on the product page at the time of purchase. Inventory is digital and generally always available unless a listing is archived.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and files are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Craft projects involve scissors, glue, and similar materials; adult supervision is recommended for children.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data, except where liability cannot be limited under UK law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
