Help & FAQ
Art Craft Play is a digital shop. There is no shipping box and no wait for the mail. After checkout you print at home, reprint when the first copy gets glittered, and come back to your library when a link expires. This page covers downloads, paper, licensing, accounts, and what to do when a file will not open.

How downloads work
Paid printables are ready as soon as Stripe confirms the order. You get a receipt email with a download button, the same files on the order page, and a lasting copy in Account → Library. Guest checkout uses the email you typed at payment; if you later create an account with that address, those orders attach to the library.
Download links are signed and do expire. That is normal. Open Library or the order page and grab a fresh link — you do not need to buy the file again. Gift cards are emailed as a code, not stored in the library.
Most listings are a PDF you open in a browser or Preview. Some crafts ship as a zip of PDFs, PNGs, or an SVG. Unzip on a computer first if your phone will not show the pages. Keep the original file; reprints are allowed for your household, and it is faster than hunting through old emails.
Free listings send the file to the email you enter on the product page. If a paid order says the product is ready but no file is attached yet, write to us with the order number and we will attach the deliverable or send a replacement. The order number is on the receipt and in Account → Orders.
Printing at home
Most files are made for a home inkjet or laser printer on US Letter paper. The product page says when you should switch to cardstock, when a project is coloring-only, and roughly how long it takes. Use everyday printer paper for coloring pages and light cardstock for things that need to stand up or get handled a lot.
Print at 100% scale. "Fit to page" shrinks the art and can clip cut lines. If the PDF looks tiny on screen, check the page size in your print dialog before you send a whole pack to the printer. You may reprint for your household whenever a copy tears, gets wet, or lives on the fridge.
Home and homeschool licensing
Digital files are licensed, not sold. Unless a product page expressly says commercial use is allowed, the license is personal only: home use, personal projects, and homeschool use by your household. You may print copies for children in your home or for a single homeschool co-op class you teach.
We do not grant a general commercial license. You may not resell, share, upload, redistribute, or use the files in paid classroom packs, client work, print-on-demand, or other business use unless that listing clearly allows it. The full terms live on the Terms of Service page.
Read the Terms of Service for the full license.
Account, passwords, and email
An account keeps your library in one place. Use Forgot password on the login page if you cannot get in. We send a reset link to the email on the account — check spam and promotions if it does not show up in a few minutes.
Order receipts and download mail come from the same support address. Add it to your contacts if school filters are aggressive. You can change marketing email preferences from your account; transactional mail about orders still goes through.
No refunds and no returns
Only a digital file is provided. No physical item is shipped. All sales are final — we do not offer refunds or returns on digital downloads.
If a file is defective or a download fails for reasons under our control, email us with your order number and product title. We will replace the file or refresh the download link. That is not a return of goods and does not create a general refund right.
Questions
Can I re-download a printable later?
Yes. Paid files stay in Account → Library. If a link from the receipt email has expired, open the library or the order page and download again. You do not need to repurchase.
I checked out as a guest. Where is my file?
Look in the inbox you used at checkout for the receipt. You can also create an account with that same email — guest orders attach to the new library. If neither path works, contact us with the order number.
What paper should I use?
Follow the product page. Coloring pages are usually everyday printer paper. Crafts that need to stand, fold, or survive little hands are happier on light cardstock. Print at 100% scale, not "fit to page."
Can I use this in a classroom?
Home and homeschool use is included. Printing for a single homeschool co-op class you teach is fine. School classroom packs, shared staff drives, and any commercial use need an express commercial license on that product page — which we do not grant by default.
Do you ship a physical kit?
No. Only a digital file is provided. Nothing physical is shipped, and there is no tracking number.
Can I get a refund or return a download?
No. All sales are final — no refunds and no returns on digital downloads. If a file is defective or will not download for reasons under our control, we will replace the file or refresh your download link.
